Whether it's shoulder pain, neck tension, low back discomfort, hip pain, knee pain, plantar fasciitis, or limited mobility, Rapid NeuroFascial Reset (Rapid NFR) may help you find relief—often in just a few sessions.
Unlike massage, which focuses on relaxing muscles and reducing stress, Rapid NFR is a targeted soft tissue technique designed to address the underlying neurological and fascial restrictions that may be contributing to pain and limited movement.
• Neck pain and stiffness
• Headaches and migraines
• Shoulder pain
• Tennis elbow and golfer's elbow
• Wrist and hand pain
• Upper and lower back pain
• Hip pain
• Sciatica-like symptoms
• Knee pain
• Plantar fasciitis
• Muscle tightness and restricted movement
• Sports and overuse injuries
We offer sessions throughout the week.
Rapid NeuroFascial Reset is a movement-based manual therapy technique that works with the nervous system and fascia (the connective tissue surrounding muscles and joints).
During a session, specific areas of tension are assessed and treated while you actively move the affected body part. This helps reset dysfunctional movement patterns, reduce protective muscle guarding, and improve mobility.
Many clients notice:
• Reduced pain
• Improved range of motion
• Easier movement
• Less muscle tension
• Better overall function
Every person responds differently, but many people experience noticeable changes during their first visit.
Massage Therapy
Massage is ideal when your goal is:
• Relaxation
• Stress relief
• General muscle tension reduction
• Self-care and wellness maintenance
Massage sessions typically involve full-body or regional treatment focused on relaxation and circulation.
Rapid NFR
Rapid NFR is ideal when your goal is:
• Addressing a specific pain complaint
• Improving movement restrictions
• Restoring function
• Targeting chronic or recurring pain patterns
Rapid NFR sessions are highly focused and interactive. Rather than lying passively on the table, you'll be actively involved in movement assessments and treatment throughout the session.
Many clients choose to receive both massage and Rapid NFR as part of their wellness plan.
Step 1: Consultation
We'll discuss your symptoms, health history, and goals for treatment.
Step 2: Movement Assessment
You'll be guided through simple movements so we can identify restrictions, compensation patterns, and potential sources of discomfort.
Step 3: Treatment
Using Rapid NFR techniques, we'll work on specific areas while you perform guided movements. Some areas may feel intense or tender during treatment, but the goal is to create meaningful change—not simply temporary relief.
Step 4: Reassessment
We'll retest your movement and symptoms to measure progress and determine next steps.
Step 5: Personalized Recommendations
You'll leave with recommendations for movement, stretching, strengthening, or self-care practices that can help support your results.

"Is this a thing?????"
So, when you told me I was going to be sore but that I needed to move.....I expected my body to scream at me to sleep and rest - because that is typical when it feels a need to recover. SURPRISINGLY, somehow, I am feeling MORE energetic, got more accomplished, was able to focus better yesterday and actually had energy to move and get things done! I was sore, but it didn't stop me!!!!! I didn't feel the EXHAUSTION I had been feeling. I am entirely shocked that I was able to accomplish MORE than I normally do before I need a nap, rest, sleep, etc!!!!
Is this a THING?????
Also, I don't know if you understand how many things I've tried and done trying to get more energy and to feel better. And I feel like this is the first thing that has kind of unlocked that for me for the first time.
